Royal treatment for Tulip and Doug

It was a spud-tacular surprise for me to wake up on Sunday morning to discover Tulip and Doug was making international headlines!

New Zealand Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, had met with Prince William at Kensington Palace, where she gifted him a copy of Tulip and Doug for his children. 

Ms Ardern described it as one of her favourite children's books, calling it a "beautiful story about a girl and her pet potato".

I hope Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis enjoy the book, too!
